The organic olive farm is located in the traditional olive grove of Amfissa, the largest continuous olive grove in the Balkans and one of the oldest in the world. Protected by the UNESCO treaty, with olive trees of great age, exceeding 500 years.
Olives prepared in the traditional way and matured for 8 months in natural brine. Extra virgin olive oil is added during packaging
