The estate opened its doors way back in 1981 as the first guest house in the area of Kampos and has been owned by the Xydas family since 1975. On site there is a citrus orchard, which they cultivate and produce local products under the Perivoli brand.
The 4th citrus fruit dessert contains finely chopped rinds of lemongrass, grapefruit and orange. It is excellent with Greek breakfast, in yogurt, crepes or at aperitif time, accompanying a nice cheese platter with wine.
An excellent sweet treat with aromas directly from the Kampos of Chios!
