The winery was opened in 1974 by Panagiotis Papanicolaou in Eleusis, using fine grape varieties in collaboration with winemakers from mountain Corinth and Thebes. Today, with Giorgos Papanicolaou, who is the new generation of the winery, the annual production reaches about 50,000 bottles, remaining a family business. It is also worth visiting their family production site.
Rich in aromas and full of freshness, this charismatic grape - the most aromatic of all the members of the phileria family, as its name suggests, with its synthetic "moschos" floods the senses, creating in a unique way a feeling of euphoria and joy, either as an aperitif or next to delicate dishes.
