In a beautiful village in the southern part of the Greven County, Karpero, the Papadopoulos family chose to develop model crops of legumes and cereals. Farmers, with a great love for the land and its products, have always cultivated large acres of grain, legumes, cereals, vegetables and aromatic plants, knowing full well their nutritional value. The idea was to promote our products in urban centers without intermediaries. Understanding the difficult times very well, we are confident that we will succeed. The essence of the project lies in the quality at which we are 'non-negotiable'". The Hassia plain is known for the quality legumes it produces at an altitude of 500 m. The micro-climate of the area and the composition of the soil give the lentil a distinctive flavour and characteristic greenness.
