Mouriki Greek Premium Honey is a family serving nomadic beekeeping since the early 1960s.
Their beekeeping history started with our father Anastasios Mourikis and continues with the family's children Panagiotis and Maria where they took over the reins of the beekeeping business from a very young age.
On the island of Aphrodite, Milos and Kimolos, the island that got its name from the exceptional mineral wealth it possesses, a honey made from Cycladic thyme & wild herbs such as lavender and oregano has been collected over the last year from the rare flora of the 2 islands . The bright sun of the Cyclades, the arid lands and the geographical position of the island, offer us a rare honey produced by the 200 beehives of the Mourikis family in Milos and Kimolos. The apiary was established on the island of Kimolos in November 2020. Depending on the season and flowering, the bees are moved to Milos or part of them remains in Kimolos. Milos Honey is available in limited quantities
