Ktima Merkouri is a family business owned by the 4th generation brothers Vassilis and Christos Kanellakopoulos. It was started in 1864 by the ancestor Theodoros Merkouris. At the beginning of the 19th century he created the basic infrastructure of the winery. Today it produces 13 wines of various local and foreign varieties and olive oil, while it has developed a series of agro-tourism activities.

Deep red color with cherry highlights, aromas of red fruits with notes of cocoa and ripe walnut, while the aftertaste is dominated by sour cherry
