Christos Koulouriotis was born and raised in Megara Attica, a region with a long history around wine. With a deep love for wine, he decided after graduating with the title of Dip WSET (Diploma in Wine & Spirits Level 4) from the London WSET, to highlight the terroir of Megara through the Mouchtaro and Chardonnay varieties and to create the The Knack Project.


Lulu is produced with minimal intervention vinification. It is a wine with aromas of red fruits, herbs and herbs.


It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and in stainless steel tanks and matures there for 5 months with its fine lees.

It was bottled without any treatment, unfiltered, and remained in the bottle for 5 months before being released on the market.
