The bright salmon color in our glass prepares us pleasantly for a wine of elegant style. In the nose, the charming scents of roses are supported by subtle notes of strawberry and cherry. In the mouth, the cool acidity balances harmoniously with the subtle sweetness, which gives the wine a velvety texture and a prolonged aromatic finish. Ideal as a cool aperitif or to accompany pasta with seafood, light dishes with salmon, spicy dishes of Asian cuisine or fruit salads.
