Through our love for the snail and the prospect of healthy eating, we created the risotto with a provocatively exotic flavor to accompany our snails. A groundbreaking proposal for lovers of modern cuisine.
Ingredients: Rice (88%), dehydrated vegetables (onions, carrots, tomatoes, Florina pepper) dehydrated snail (4%), salt, spice mixture: yellow rice, wild garlic powder, thyme, chilli pepper. *may contain traces of eggs, milk, celery.
Way of cooking for 6 portions: 5 cups water, butter or oil. We're up to 20 bucks.
