The family business is based in Karpassi, Limnos Municipality. Overseeing cultivation in the privately owned winery, strictly only high quality wines are vinified, aged and bottled.
Limnia Gi rosé wine, achieves a unique marriage of the two indigenous varieties of Limnos, Limnio and Muscat of Alexandria. After a few hours of cold extraction and controlled fermentation at 18℃, a wine with a rose color and a fruity citrus aroma is produced. The taste balances between dry and semi-dry.
It accompanies cold dishes, salads, cheeses, pasta, white meat. Served at 10-12°C.
