Following the ethics of a viticulturist and small winemaker, the Georgas family produces and vinifies grapes from its own certified organic vineyards in Mesogeia. They are developing the tradition of the family tree - 4th generation - in viticulture and experimental winemaking in the visitable winery in Spata, where they produce a series of organic - and only - authentic grape products. Honest products of high nutritional quality, accessible to the everyday table.
Wild native yeasts, low sulfites. Product of mild organic vinification, without additions and subtractions, provides the full characteristics of the variety.
Ripe golden-copper deep in color and soft with gentle balance. body and good aftertaste, it accompanies frozen Mediterranean dishes, white cheese sauces and salads.
Served at 8-10 °C.
