With the ethos of a viticulturist and small winemaker, the George family produces and vinifies grapes from its own certified organic vineyards in Mesogeia. They are developing the tradition of the family tree - 4th generation - in viticulture and experimental winemaking in the visitable winery in Spata, where they produce a series of organic - and only - authentic grape products. Honest products of high nutritional quality, accessible to the everyday table.
A red wine, that is, a fresh red wine with soft tannins. It comes from a blend of Merlot with organically grown Savvatiano.
Wild native yeasts, low sulphite, mild filtration.
If you are looking for a full-bodied red wine with freshness and few tannins for light meat dishes, Mediterranean salads, cheeses or fruits, then dare to choose it.
Possible sediment formation is a result of minimal processing.
