The Bayraktari family's involvement in beekeeping has its roots back in 1914. They have now passed to the 4th and 5th generation of beekeepers, who keep this tradition alive over the years.
Ermionis carob honey is a rare and special variety of honey, while it is rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamins and iron. It is collected in autumn from the blossoms of the carob tree at the Bairaktari estate.
