In addition to its healthy benefits, it is a refreshing drink, which can be consumed either hot or cold as iced tea. Its preparation is simple. Scoop 2-3 spoons into a cup and a half of water and boil for about 3 minutes. Filter it and serve it hot or if you prefer it cold, add some ice cubes and wait until it cools down.
