Following the ethics of a viticulturist and small winemaker, the Georgas family produces and vinifies grapes from its own certified organic vineyards in Mesogeia. They are developing the tradition of the family tree - 4th generation - in viticulture and experimental winemaking in the visitable winery in Spata, where they produce a series of organic - and only - authentic grape products. Honest products of high nutritional quality, accessible to the everyday table.
Authentic pure freshness and the subtle aromas of Assyrtikos and Malagouzia, grown organically in the family's vineyards in Mesogeia.
Wild native yeasts, low sulfites.
Product of mild vinification without additions and subtractions highlights the character of the variety.
Possible sediment formation is a result of minimal processing.
