The story of the family farm began in 1993, in Vasiliada - Kastoria, when Stefanos and Kiki decided to plant a small apple tree. Seeing the conventional producers of the area, they quickly realized that non conventional farming is needed in order to preserve the qualities of the soil and the crops.
Biofru's dried organic apples are a healthy, high fiber, low sugar snack.
