At the 12stremmata estate in Fotolivos, Drama, organic aromatic plants and herbs are grown, while the 'marriage' of lavender and beehives resulted from the experimental placement of hives in the heart of the estate.
A delicious honey collected at an altitude of 800 meters during the summer, from a variety of trees, such as wild chestnuts, beeches, oaks, pines, acacias as well as a huge variety of rare plants and wild herbs such as mint, oregano, tea, thrombi, clovers and others, compose an excellent collection environment offering this excellent honey to us.
Forest honey is always very dark, almost black, in a liquid state. Once crystallized, it takes on nice brown hues. It has many properties that make it one of the most valuable allies of our health.
